I upgraded my Telkom data Sim card from R199 to R250 plan where I get 120GB. My first installment was R250 as it should be than from the they would add amounts upto R90 not it's gone as far as 385 additional to my contract. They discribtion is subscriptions and once off charges. The Sim is used sticked for data purposes. No additionals. I complained on Twitter and I was asked to inbox them by a lady called Maggie and but a robot response is what I get when I do. Themba said they would call but nothing via Email, it was Anton who offered me the Sim upgrade in February.
