Telkom debited me 5X more the agreed monthly payment when I log in a refund request of my money they give me a run around with my money they literally refuse to refund me.

This is their message saying they won't refund me "Hi, we notice that your account is in credit. We will only refund if your account is closed. Your credit amount will automatically go to your next bills. ^Maggie"
