"Matthew" from Telkom is one arrogant, unintelligible pest!

Telkom keeps contacting me regarding promotions after I've repeatedly told them I am not interested. I blocked them on my cellphone but now these parasites contact me on my landline. One belligerent fool named "Matthew" doesn't seem to understand how annoying he is! He spoke over me when I tried to explain that I am not interested. And when I asked to speak with the manager he said he's not available (typical). If this continues I will have no other choice but to change networks.
