Matter of concern

My cellphone number has been registered to someone else's name, whom I don't know. I have requested that this be fixed numerous times but have been unsuccessful with every attempt. The different persons who contacted me has commited themselves to get back to me but to date, I am still sitting with a number that I use daily, but is not registered to my name. I need help fixing this as this is causing me many inconveniences.
