Mass action charges against Telkom

Telkom is harassing me now more than a year asking me written proof that I cancelled a contract that expired more than a year ago. They blacklisted me and the local Telkom shop staff was surprised that I ask for written proof. I took a video and ask the other people in the shop if any of them got written proof when the contract has expired. Nobody did and nobody cancelled in writing. Be warned - never open an account with this absolutely ******* organisation. They are more pathetic than Escom. We should take mass action against this ******* organisation. If you have the same experience, lets come together and lay charges. They cannot provide me with written confirmation that I continued with my 2-year contract, so they have no claim without providing me with written proof that I an still having the contract. I believe it will be easy to get a thousand people to collectively lay charges about the same problem
