masepa a network

I guess like any other network, when it starts off it's all good but as time goes, it's nothing but ****ty. I bought a phone on contract and each month I have to deal with telkom. They debit the money every month but every month I receive a statement saying that I'm in arrears with an amount that could cover up 4 months worth of installments. They block my phone and debit that amount. I have had it with telkom honestly.
