Marketing Strategy That Never Msterialized

I'm very disappoint in the manner in which Telkom conducted themselves on Monday the 5th of October 2015 they advised Instagram subscribers that the first 25 000 users to follow Telkom mobile on their Instagram accounts will receive a free WiFi router and data for a year, however I had a look at their account yesterday evening and it no longer exists on Instagram and they haven't contacted me since I was one of their first 1000 followers on the social platform. I would love to get an explanation from them its totally unprofessional hence their mobile network isn't growing rapidly.
