March Promotion Telkom Mobile

I app**** for a promotion online with telkom mobile which is available for the month of march. after a few days I received a call from a consultant however I was unavailable and was asked to call 10213 which I did . Firstly the person who took call said I dialed the wrong number and she will put me through to Telkom Mobile. I held on for approximately 10 minutes with no response. I did the same for three days until i have finally decided to give it up . Why advertise when you cant deliver! i submitted all my info online . When I finally received a call from a consultant after verifying all my credentials Iwas asked to hold on. After a few minutes which seemed like eternity I was told that the system was down and i would be called back in an hour . I am still waiting. You say all your call are recorded so that you may improve the quality of service. Telkom is failing miserably. .
