March madness deal

I recently app**** for and got the R99 for 5 gigs deal during the March madness offer. My account has been debited and I have received the mifi device but still waiting for the card to be activated. I've spent hours trying to call the sales Centre but they just put you on hold for literally hours!! Going in to the store didn't help either. I am extremely frustrated with the service at Telkom Mobile which is just about non existent. Most definitely keeping my vodacom contract!
