March Madness
App**** online for one of the march madness products last week Wednesday. Got a call Friday from one of the agents who said she will help me process the order. After about 10-15 minutes on the phone she tells me they seem to be offline and she will get back to me as soon as they are up and running. Today is Wednesday and still no call from anyone regarding this matter. May I please have feedback on this matter.
