Manager refuses to take calls from clients

<p>Mensi makhobani the manager of the mobile division refuses to take calls from clients but insists on emails. </p> <p> </p> <p>How is this acceptable?</p> <p> </p> <p>how dare he/she say it is "too early" the client must rather email.
