My wife and son went to this branch and were messed around by a woman by the name of Lavashnee, who clearly has no understanding of customer service.They booked a black Samsung note 5 and was told to collect on Tuesday.<br> <br> Monday Lavashnee called and said the the application was with the ***** department but could give no further details when questioned.<br> <br> She called back after ten minutes and said not to worry you can collect the phone on Wednesday 18.<br> My wife called to confirm they were collecting the phone on Wednesday and was told they only had a Gold phone for her, which she refused to accept as they ordered and were promised a black one.<br> <br> The \ Damager "Gordon McKenzie called and was rude to my wife"
