Manager of Telkom Mall of Africa - Idiot Manager

After waiting 10/15 minutes to be helped

I bought a Samsung S8+ cover from Telkom Mall of Africa, costed R989. Left the shop with the cover and went straight to MTN which is a about 4 shops away. I then saw the exact same cover at MTN for R275 cheaper, I immediately asked my wife to go and return the cover we bought from Telkom whilst I purchase the exact same product from MTN. After a few minutes my wife returned stating that the Manager whose name is Aljano Matthews from the Telkom store said they cannot return the phone cover because we saw it cheaper somewhere else (where on earth did Telkom find this guy with such a theory)? They really do know how to hire idiots. I went back to the store where the staff then told me that the Manager Aljano had left the store for a bit, the 2IC of the store came to assist me and said no problem they will return it for me. Whilst standing at the counter I saw Aljano in the back room, the idiot did not want to come out from the back room. My thing here is : because a woman came in to male the return you thought you could tell her your own blind story and make her believe you cannot return the cover, when I appeared you did not want to face me as I was going to give you a mouth full in front of your staff and customers. To Aljano : you should step down as Manager, you don't possess a single s**** that makes you appropriate for that position, the lady (2IC whose name evades me now) should definitely be that stores Manager.

To Telkom (HellKom) you surely know how to hire these idiots right
