Manager from hell!

Usually I'm not surprised by mediocre service from Telkom, but the manager of the Table Bay Shopping Centre shop had me flabbergasted by his ineptitude. Think his name is Armien or something similar. Not only did he think it's okay to drive 100km back home to phone the call centre and then back again to Blouberg (not one consultant nor the manager had a phone available to phone their own call centre and my sim was suspended due to a theft), he also thought it's appropriate behaviour to manhandle a middle-aged woman while shouting at me. It boggles my mind. Cherry on the cake is that the issue that he was unable to resolve was sorted within 10 minutes by the Bayside Mall shop. Really!? Yes... truely unbelievable.
