****tiest service by far, 2 people tried calling with cell numbers asking for personal information, one (Manager) Alton, two (employee) Siphiwe they are both rude as can be and are asking for personal information which has nothing to do with them, both numbers are not registered to Telkom and they have private gmail accounts registered to them, they can’t answer my questions as to why they want to test the line when I do not have a data contract with them, Telkom must either get employees that know how to deal with people and give them company phones so that we don’t get ****med by ransoms. If Alton is the Manager and does work for Telkom please take the correct measures to deal with his uneducated and unmannered way of dealing with customers and this is why Mweb and Vox are taking your customers.
