Mall@reds - Worst service EVER!!!

Telkom was always known for bad service but i still went ahead thinking that it would be different. When we first signed up , we had such great service , Charles helped us alot and we were satisfied. But NOW, since being an "active" user I wish there was an option where you are able to give -5 star rating! I have honestly had no pleasure whatsoever in the Mall@Reds Telkom store. The level of service is appalling and the knowledge of the products/contracts/systems is 100% lacking! I am very disappointed in the store as a whole as they are supposed to be the "go to" when you have issues,but i will NEVER go to that store again. I REGRET the contract we have now and the only reason we chose Telkom (After never wanting to deal with Telkom) is the fact that other providers require a telkom line to be installed. I hope that no one else endures the frustration that we have endured!
