Mall of Africa: Told to come back 2 days later because staff is on leave

Brought my cellphone to get fixed months ago. Phone is at the store now. I need to make payment for assessment fee. At the store now, I am told the technical guy(s) are on leave and no one can assist me. I was told to come back 2 days later when the technical guys are on leave. What kind of ****a shop are you running here? A store with +- 10 staff members and they all just fold their hands and tell me there's nothing they can do to assist me. **** servuce at the Mall of Africa branch, every single time. I WANT MY PHONE NOW. That's all I ask. I promise not to buy any further products from Telkom mobile. Can't deal with such rudeness.
