Mall of Africa shop

Why cant your shop in Mall of Africa get their story straight? I have been there 3 times to try and sign up with a contract and each time their have another ****ing story to what they need. Since when is a drivers license not proof of ****ing ID anymore? Don't you want customers to sign up? Don' you want to sell you products? 3 Times I have been there and it is a different story what is required each God Dam Time. Get your ****ing story straight and help the dam customers.
