MALL@REDS WORST SERVICE

Telkom has the worst customer service ever! I have been a loyal customer for many years and I am appalled by their services. I went to the telkom at mall@reds and received the worst service. I recently got a new contract and the device is defective and because I ordered it straight from 10213 they refused to assist me, before I went to the telkom store I called the call Centre and told them I got it online and they need to take the device away. They said please go into a store and they will assist you. While I was waiting because the consultant said someone will send an email for me another consultant said they can't even do that much. So from my experience I won't be doing business with them again. So disappointed in their lack of customer service and telkom knowledge.
