Malicious ******* Telkom and Samsung

Telkom ran a promotion on Samsung S21 FE, whereupon one gets a tablet for purchasing a phone. Having done so around February, the tablet has not been dispatched to my address. I approached telkom stores, to which I was directed to liaise with Samsung directly. On phoning Samsung, the phone rings unanswered, if lucky, when someone answer they drop the phone on ur hear. This has been happening for over 2 months with no success. Telkom should take their phone back n give me back my money because this is a ****. The promotional advert is so misleading and meant to take from the poor.
