Malice intent from Telkom

Telkom trade route mall outlet and telkom customer service have failed me , the case has not been attended to 9 long months of trying to get them to solve ***** case on my account that they did not investigate and ********ly listed me for 20k debt I don't have because of *********** employees and management. I have more than 50 e-mail and calls yet no one has attended to this case that has caused me and my family grief till date no one at Telkom is attending to the case .I would never recommend Telkom to anyone
