Maladministration of my accounts

I recently submitted documents to telkom information them about maladministration in my account. I had 2 contacts with them. I canceled one of them. The cancelled was active with someone else using the the sim card Sent a number of emails and no answer since then. Can someone out there help me with this. Should i get a private lawyer etc please help
