Making Me Pay For Unpaid Debit Orders

<p>I'm really have a bad experience with the service provider called Telkom, they are running debit orders on a closed account and are charging R200.94 for every debit order that goes back unpaid. Strangely I've been paying them via EFT for the past year and no problems now they have crated this mess I'm now showing arreas of close to R1400.00 not of none payment but the debit orders there running on a closed account which I checked with Standard Bank. They call it the rejection feel of R200.94 Only banks charge you for unpaid but this.</p>
