Making me pay for a month when I was disconnected.

They owe me money from a canceled contract, and the current one I have for my wifi they invoiced me - R1.00. When I didn't pay they turned around and said that I owe money for that month and when I refused to pay they disconnected me and still want me to pay for a month when I was disconnected.
