Making appointments but never come
Request to move fixed line to new address at the end of month 31 August 2017. Line out of order since 25th already at old address.
Telkom making appointments to come to new address. It is now the 12th already and still no service.
Telkom does not equal communication. Cant even log this on their website or Talk to Us doesn't even answer. What a joke.

Today, still not done.
Is there anybody that know what is happening with this? Thought it would help logging this on Hello Peter, but even this didn't help. Telkom <> communication.
