Major ***** up of note

<p>We app**** for uncapped internet 3 months ago and we have been calling every week for 3 months trying to get it sorted and today finally we received a call from a call centre lady and for some reason the lady decided to cancel our emails addresses which we had for 13 years!! This was a business email so clients and the banks and Sars and suppliers cant contact us, send us statements, the business has come to a grinding hault as we cannot make payments and email proof without passwords which was set up to the email. Is there anyone that can help. They told us we need to email a centre to find out if they can find the deleted email but this place has no phone number apparently and we need to email them?? how can we when you cancelled our emails! then another agent said its an IT problem... IT people said its a sales problem. Well basically its our problem! Are you allowed to do this? Please can you advise how this can be resolved.. calling the centre and sitting on the phone for hours is not helping.. You said you would sms the reference number but that was a lie as well. PLEASE CAN YOU HELP! WE ARE DESPERATE!</p>
