Major Billing query

Hi,

I have 20 MB LTE line that is valued at 599 per month.

As of November 2022 - I received a debit order of R728. This did not make sense as my line is for R599. I queried with Telkom via numerous phone calls and emails and I received no response. Today I received an SMS stating the debit order for December is R779.

This needs to be resolved as soon as possible.
