Mailula Makhado of Telkom call centre

My WiFi was down for a week, terrible for a company of it's magnitude. I got women being very rude and short tempered with me. I was fortunate to get a the same technician 3 times and every time he assisted my query progressed. I want to give an excellent review to Mailula Makhado, a call centre agent with the utmost respect and patience. I hope the company recognizes his potential as he was the saving grace for me not to cancel my contract.
