Made to bear knock for misleading pricing on items

My Father, a pensioner, went to the store and the display of the Samsung Galaxy A3 indicated 'SmartPlan 50, R199 x 24 months' and the LG G4 Stylus 'SmartPlan 100, R249 x 24 months'. The consultant also advised that the Samsung would be cheapest deal in that range. Seeing that the LG G4 Stylus was out of his budget, he opted for the Samsung A3 and signed and concluded the contract on 2016-03-27.

When he returned home and informed us I discovered that my father could've have opted for the LG G4 Stylus on a SmartPlan 100 for R199 x 24. When I went to the store the floor price was still wrong. When my father and I went back to the store the very next day (2016-03-28) to change this but the consultants advised that it cannot be done despite the fact that there was an incorrect price on the LG and advice from the consultant that it cannot be done despite the fact that there was an incorrect price on the LG and advice from the consultant that the Samsung was the cheapest deal which mislead the decision of my father. I am aware that consumers are allowed a cooling off period as provided under Section 16(3) of the CPA.

Word restriction prevents me from raising a number of other issues
