Maclear, Eastern Cape - No Service Delivery!!!!!

No Service from Telkom. Our telephone has been off since November 2021, after numerous visits they still have not solved the problem. How can we pay for a service that we are not even using?? Our router was also hit by lighting in December - After getting a new router ourselves - Telkom sent one technician - With NO Laptop and no idea how to install a router?? How on earth do they expect us to pay for these services?? I work on the internet and now have to buy additional Data to work because they can't make the time or send the right people to fix it?? Pathetic!!
