M so irritated,,wish I could vent face to face with these nudebt people

I am ****ed Telkom’s level of disrespect,,,,Telkom debited my acc after I had cancelled my data for package,,,but the it was insufficient funds. I then went to Telkom to query the problem,,well they later sent me an sms that they cancelled the debit,okay was happy but then few weeks they debited me late payment of 245,,I went and complained again then the Agent told me she wil get them to call me but to this day they dint so I had to reverse my money back ,,,a month later NuDebt debits my acc on behalf of Telkom,,,,my Question is why did Telkom still debit me for late payment when they dint have to debit my acc in the first place,,m looking to get a new job how will I if they tarnishing my name thought?
