Lying to customers about service on phones.

I went to renew my contract and ask for ssung phone then the consultant said no I have to take a Huawei phone because their app galarry is now the same as playstore. I ask them if I can use all my apps etc. They said yes they guarantee it. Even one of the Huawei agents was there to confirmed. I took it out on Saturday. Monday I was back cannot download app. They struggle and send me home. I went today back sit for 2 hours. Now they tell me it's difficult you have to get the right app. No I want to give this phone back for Samsung. This is still in my 7 days and the consumer protection act said I have a right.
