Lying Telkom

I cancelled my wifi contract in November 2020 as it was a month to month. The agent confirmed it was cancelled. in March 2021 Telkom handed me over cutting other contracts I have with them. I reported to ICASA/NCR, Telkom gave false statement and said I never called in to cancel. I paid for services I never used.
