Lying, *******, Bad Management and Useless support

The worst internet service provider on earth. Their service is bad, if want to cancel ( I canceled about 2/3months ago) they still debit you I was told the amount needed to be paid paid that then an extra R800 was debited thereafter an extra R1200 then another R1200. When asking for an explanation the customer service agents promise an answer and that they will contact you its been a month and a half and nothing. The worst is their wifi doesn't even work in my area after moving and I have been paying for nothing for the last 5 months as well. Telkom seems to be a company based on theft, dishonesty, lies and *******ion. This is seriously sickening telkom is useless. This company has extremely poor management luckily it has capital and otherwise it would fall with the **** management currently.
