Lying Consultants

My girlfriend app**** for an ADSL line. A consultant phoned her back and said that she cannot only get a line without using Telkom as the ISP as well, despite what it says on the website. She has to buy it as a bundle. Complete nonsense! Not knowing better she agreed to it despite being blatantly **** to by the consultant! Now we are 2 months into the process to try and cancel this service, we filled in forms and mailed it to their cancellation department but NOTHING! No reply, no cancellation and she just keeps being billed for internet of which we haven't used one byte - pathetic, lying, deceiving company taking advantage of people's lack of knowledge.
