Lying about what they selling

<p>I have a 2mb uncapped ADSL at home agent Mfunbo Wandile Ngwang employee no 6629 told me he can change my line to 4mb with soft cap without any extra penalties and so on and also i can go to a telkom store to upgrade to uncapped again. In that i have learend that Telkom would give me Penalties for the contract change. So i am not happy about the agents who try to sell u stuff and not talking the truth. I ask them to cancel that order via email and phone call. I will black list there number on my phone and to all other people out there stay away from them</p>
