Lured into deal with false pretenses

I upgraded my adsl agreement with Telkom on 30th of June and the carrot that was thrown at me was that I would receive a free DTSV explora decoder and new adsl rooter within 14 days via courier service. Its now nearly 8 weeks later and still no decoder or rooter. I phoned them today to check what happened and was told that I placed my order on last day of promotion so I no longer qualify. That's in breach of contract. I would never have taken out the 24 month deal if the agent didn't specifically told me that I was going to receive the decoder and rooter. The promotion ad reads valid until 30th of June and I received a confirmation sms of my order on 30th of June.
