Ludicrous

Absolute ludicrous! Telkom has charged me a missed debit amount of R202 more than my contract amount of which i was never even told about. The agent tells me its name in the terms and conditions and it was a deliberate act not to mention this. This is **************** as not even banks charge this amount for a missed debit.
