LTE WiFi Uncapped Telkom Services

The Problem:<br> <br> On the 4th March:<br> 1x WiFi LTE Router), Telkom Sim (Cell no:*** and a LTE Antenna was delivered to above address. Telkom is responsible to install antenna with two days after delivery.<br> <br> On the 10th March:<br> We reported that there was still no contact from Telkom to install antenna. Case No: *** opened and Telkom Promised installation with 7 days.<br> <br> On the 22nd March:<br> We again report that the antenna is still not installed. Telkom now can't find the above Case and a new one was opened - Case No: ***1 and again Telkom promised to see to the matter and some should contact us within a day or two.<br> <br> On the 29th March:<br> Well guess what? Still no contact from Telkom, I suppose they have also lost the Case.<br> <br> The account is due for payment on the 31st March - Do I get a discount? <br> <br> I am writing this complaint on behalf of my daughter, who is a medical professional and can't waster her time on this type of issue. <br>
