LTE WIFI Router

Absolutely disgusting service from Telkom, I placed my order for my new LTE device. On the 2nd of November 2023... after 2 weeks of no communication or confirmation I then, cancel my account not once, not twice but 3 times to make 100% sure I would not receive this device.... after being told it will take 3-5 working lady's a consultant tells me I'm a **** and it will take 15 working days. Today I get this package delivered and the little hope in my heart says okay let me give them another chance... I accept the parcel and guess what no SIM card.

I call the lady and she says oh no I suggest you buy a new Sim card and ask for a Sim swop this will be easier as it will take forever to you get to you.

Please stay far away from this company they have really ******ed me around. Definitely not recommended at all.
