LTE wi fi - contracts

<p>Telkom sells this product with the incorrect info. Firstly you cannot get hold of them after you purchase it as you can phone and they just keep on tranferring you. Secondly - I was told when purchasing the product that I can upgrade at anytime and when I ran out of data and eventually got holdof someone they told me only in 8 months time can I upgrade. I must purchase out of data bundle at phanominal prices. This is pathetic as when I purchased it I spesifically asked them if I can upgrade as I was not sure how much data I was going to use. I have left messages and phoned in and cannot get hold of someone to assist. there service is reaaly up to .................. and not speaking of the knowledge of there consultants. I have reported them at the CPA and will take further steps against them it is time that this big companies come back to earth, they cannot do just what they want.</p>
