LTE VS ADSL

Good day. This week a sales consultant phoned us and offered us an LTE modem with a better download speed than we have currently with Telkom ADSL. We have currently an 10 Mbps line. Although we do not get more than 6 Mbps download. The consultant said we could get much faster internet. We accepted the offer after he said we can get up to 90 Mbps download. We were willing to do LTE even though we still had to give 30 days notice on ADSL line. Today 19 May 2018 our LTE was activated. When we did a speed test we could not get anything more than 2.6 mbps download. This is totally unacceptable!! We phoned technical support but they said it is the best we will get. We will be looking at canceling the LTE and ADSL ! We have been clients of Telkom for almost 21 years but this is not going to happen. We took the LTE for better internet use. We are still within a 7 day of taking the LTE an WILL be canceling all with telkom if we dont get any better service!
