LTE Very Slow Again

This is my signal strength to the tower, which is VERY good since I'm using external antennas:<br> Router = E5186 (LTE-A) and I'm in Highveld where LTE-A is and speeds should be 150Mb/s<br> rsrq = -5dB<br> rsrp = -72dBm<br> rssi = -51dBm<br> sinr = 10dB<br> pci = 92<br> cell_id = ***<br> <br> My speeds was 70Mb/s then, 50Mb/s BUT now this router is given about 20MB/s which is not acceptable! I also have another TM router online which doesn't have external antennas and that one is at about 5Mb/s.
