LTE Upgrade: don't bother

I got emails saying my contract expires in two months and it's time to upgrade my LTE contract. Go through the steps and have to answer all sorts of question on the phone. They say they'll deliver to my work, so I provide them with my work address, they also verified my current home address. Get called by the courier company that they're trying to deliver to a non-existent address, I tell them to deliver to my work address. They say they'll check with Telkom. Suddenly, Telkom says there's no upgrade option available for me.

Just a massive waste of time. As an added insult the LTE speeds have become much slower. Good thing my contract is almost over, will cancel it now rather than upgrade.
