Lte Upgrade
I have been struggling to get an upgrade processed by telkom but nobody can help me?? keep getting send to this and to that,passed on each time to someone even more clueless than before. I simply want to upgrade to a higher LTE package. I will be going out of my way to stop people from taking on LTE contracts from telkom as the after service is non existent.

06 Sept 2018, 12:28I have received a reply from Telkom that they will assist me. This was a almost 2 weeks ago. I am still waiting for the "help". Telkom after service is really bad !! I will be canceling my contract end of this month.
