LTE Unlimited Data 10mb not even Giving you 5MB

Horrible Service Received Bad Customer Experience. I paid for a 10mb/s LTE Unlimited Wi-Fi data I am not even getting 5mb/s When i contact their Customer Care Helpdesk number what a pathetic service you receive from them they take you from pillar to post then you try and explain your query your call immediately gets send for rating when no one has assisted me
