LTE Uncapped not really uncapped

I app**** for telkom uncapped LTE which states that fair use policy cap is ONLY applicable when using bit torrent/ peer to peer and news servers protocols and never for normal browsing/streaming quote - <br> <br> 'Uncapped wireless broadband is really uncapped for almost all application and uses. These include email, browsing, streaming traffic like video, music, Youtube, AppleTV, Box Office, Netflix, VPN, VOIP, real time online gaming, backups and gaming downloads.\<br> <br> I have been using it for about a month now with no problem but now I cant even browse a website.<br> <br> I have NOT used any torrents, peer to peer, or news server protocols at all and support has informed me I am throttled.<br> <br> it seems the fine print is not really the fine print!"
