LTE to Fiber - Misleading

In April 2021 we contacted Telkom to migrate from LTE to fiber. The salesperson advised us that once the fiber is installed the LTE will be cancelled. Now we were told by Telkom that the LTE was never cancelled and if we want to cancel it we have to pay a cancellation fee, we also now have to pay for the two months of fiber. We have not received an invoice for the fiber. I spoke to a Telkom consultant today and was advised that I can migrate the Telkom LTE line to a cellphone contract, I just have to phone the number. After doing that I was told it cannot be done. The I phoned again to cancel the LTE line and they hanged up the phone twice. One lady just said that there are alot of complains about the same issue. I am so disappointed and am now considering moving all 5 of my Telkom contracts to a different povider.
