LTE - That time of the Month
<p>Once again, it's the beginning of the month and my LTE service is off. This has now happened every month for the past 3 months, without any resolution from Telkom. I tried calling their helpdesk but gave up after waiting for help for over an hour (the music is also horrible)</p>

The service is bad and the LTE is going off on a regular basis. Please can you investigate and fix. The service goes off at least 10 times a day.
I have not seen any missed calls or messages, please call me again and if not available leave a message and i'll return the call
