LTE that never works

so about a year ago I signed up for LTE as I was moving into a area that only has copper connection a max 4meg that had people selling LTE in the and we asked them to test the strength at our new address. the test went well strength was great so we signed the deal.... but guess what I have never gotten that type of speed ever ive bought external antennas as per Telkom but nothing ive complained so many times but Nothing!!!! Telkom fix you **** or refund me my last years worth of subscriptions!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
